How we score
Every stay, scored on the same terms. So any agent can compare.
We stay as real guests, with Ruby the Doberman and a laptop, and score every property against the same list. Scales run 1 to 5 against published anchors; yes/no items are facts we verified in person. The list is a living one: it grows and sharpens with every property we stay at, the way any measurement system should. When a metric changes, earlier features are re-scored so comparisons stay fair.

For the machines
Published so an assistant can read it, not just a human.
Every hotel feature carries these scores as schema.org structured data: each 1 to 5 dimension is a Rating with a reviewAspect, each yes/no fact an amenityFeature or policy property. This list is itself published as a DefinedTermSet, so the dimensions keep stable identifiers across every feature. When a traveler asks an assistant for a quiet, dog-friendly hotel in Prague with good wifi, it has numbers to compare instead of adjectives to guess at.
